Is my phone compatible?

Your phone needs eSIM support and must be carrier-unlocked. Search our compatibility list, then confirm in your device settings.

Can I keep my regular number?

Usually, yes. Dual-SIM phones can keep your home line available while Waystone handles mobile data. Your home carrier may charge for calls, texts, or roaming activity.

Will iMessage and WhatsApp still work?

Data-based apps can work over your Waystone connection. Account behavior varies by app and device, so avoid changing a registered number unless the app asks you to.

What happens when my data runs out?

Your travel data connection pauses. Add another Waystone Global allowance from your account; it attaches to the same eSIM.

Can I use hotspot or tethering?

Only when the selected plan explicitly lists hotspot support. Check the plan card before checkout.
